John Ruffell Fitness is an established personal training service in Hampshire run by John who is passionate about keeping fit.
With over 5 years experience he is a fully qualified REPS registered Level 3 personal trainer. John specialises in kettlebells, strength & conditioning and has trained over 1000 clients using bespoke training plans utilising body weight, muscle building and athlete specific programs.
He has completed the Extreme Kettlebell Instructor course with OLF, Optimal Life Fitness and can coach you in using a kettlebell in a safe and simple way. Kettlebells develop core strength and can aid in weight loss whilst increasing strength and stamina. Kettlebells are fun and can become addictive; they stimulate the muscles creating a leaner physique while at the same time your body is training the cardiovascular system making stronger lungs, healthier body and heart.
